What type of photographery is suitable to use Photo Viewer for?
Photo Viewer can be used to showcase and promote any type of photography. Weddings, portraits, events and galleries are just some of the areas that photographers are using Photo Viewer to promote their work.

Using online photo albums ensures a dramatic increase in your audience. Your clients are able to easily email their friends and family with the link to their online photo album. Instead of only a handful of people seeing their photos, the numbers now increase as far and wide as their circle or friends, family and acquaintances.
Increase Print Sales - one of the key features of Photo Viewer is the online shopping cart facility. Your clients can easily purchase additional prints from you with this simple online ordering facility. The set up phase is simple - it allows you to dictate your own pricing and provide as many products (ie: different size prints, black and white versus colour etc) as you choose. The customer has a range of payment options available to them depending on your preferences - there are options for online credit card payments, direct transfer to your bank account or direct to you via cheque. Photographers who do not sell additional photo prints can use Photo Viewer with this feature turned off.

When becoming a partner with Photo Viewer we customise Photo Viewer specifically to fit your business’ image. Photo Viewer is designed to look like an extension of your own website and business. From your client’s perspective they are dealing with you, not a third party.

The order process
Step One – Initial Set-Up
- Confirm your desire to partner with Photo Viewer - Join Now
- We’ll create a customised home page which includes a client login for your business
Step Two – Orders
Once you have become a partner with Photo Viewer and we have created your customised home page, the process for completing an order is simple.
- You send us you client’s photographs on CD
- We create your client’s photo albums and post them to the world wide web
- We email you a customised login to give your client access to change the order of photos and add captions to photos
- You receive orders directly via email for prints when the order is placed by the client. You will receive payment for the prints directly from the client (with the exception of photographers who nominate on their set-up forms for Celebrate with Us! to collect online credit card payments - please note our preferred option is for online credit card payments to be made directly to you from the customer to your nominated PayPal account)
- We host your clients photos for a period of 6 months (longer hosting periods can be arranged)
- You will receive an invoice during the first week of each month for the previous months Photo Viewer orders.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to set up my customised Photo Viewer website?
Your customised Photo Viewer website can be set up within two weeks of receiving your completed terms and conditions form, a completed Shopping Cart Set Up form and your CD of 30 sample photos.
Are there any on-going/hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs with Photo Viewer. Charges are based on a per album basis - there are no ongoing service fees. See pricing for details on the per album costs.
How many images can I put online for each customer?
You can put as many images online as you choose - put up a handful of images, hundreds of images or thousands of images. Please see pricing for further information and to use our online calculator.
Does it cost extra to use the Shopping Cart facility?
No the cost for using Photo Viewer is the same when choosing to use the Shopping Cart facility.
How much does it cost to use Photo Viewer?

How do I know when a customer orders prints via the Shopping Cart?
You will receive an email containing the order details as soon as the customer submits the order via Photo Viewer. The order contains all of the customers contact details, delivery details for the prints and the details of the prints they are ordering.
How do I know what print the customer has ordered?
We use the file name as supplied by you on the clients original CD of images in the order so that you can easily identify the print purchased. Each time you receive an email with order information the email will contain a link to the original order placed by the customer. This order contains the file name and also a small thumbnail of the print required.
How do I receive payment for prints purchased via the Shopping Cart?
The shopping cart has been established so that you receive payments for prints directly from the customer who has ordered them. When you complete our Shopping Cart Set Up form in the join now section of the website you nominate the different ways you are able to receive payment. You have the option to allow payments via credit card, cheque and direct transfer to your bank account. To receive Credit card payments directly you will need to set up a PayPal account. This is a simple process (see next question for details). If you would prefer Celebrate with Us! to accept credit card payments on your behalf you will incur a handling fee and payments will be remitted to you during the first week of the month for prints ordered the previous month.
How do I set up a PayPal account?
Setting up a PayPal account is a simple process and does not cost any money to establish. You can set up an account within 5 minutes and are not required to provide credit card details if you are only planning to receive payments. Once the money is received you can transfer it directly from your PayPal account to your nominated bank account. When setting up a business account with PayPal you are charged a small percentage on each transaction that you conduct. For receiving amounts of $5000 or less this fee is currently 2.4% of the transaction plus 30 cents. Go to www.paypal.com.au to set up your account. If I don't want to set up a PayPal account will Celebrate with Us! accept credit card payments on behalf of my business?
Yes Celebrate with US! can accept credit card payments on your behalf. You will need to nominate this as your choice on your Shopping Cart Set Up Form. You will incur a 10% handling charge on every transaction if you choose this option - for this reason we recommend you set up your own PayPal account.
Am I tied to a contract term with Photo Viewer?
No, you can stop using Photo Viewer at any time. You will be charged for any outstanding orders.
